Joe Bonamassa Tickets Uis Performing Arts Center November 3

"A friend of mine had to rent a machine and drive up to Moab, Utah. I wish I had been the one driving up at that place because I love the guitar safari aspect of it, but at the finish of the 24-hour interval, I also had to play gigs, which pay for the guitars," he said.

While many famous dejection guitarists play gigs until they're physically unable to do, Bonamassa can foresee a time in the non terribly afar time to come when he'll hang up his guitar, at least professionally. 30 years on the road exacts a price, even when doing something he loves.
